DocumentVision System Requirements

For successful installation and use of DocumentVision, your technology should meet the minimum recommended system requirements below. Additional RAM and faster processor speed will provide greater performance. Contact our technical support directly to help ensure that your configuration will meet your performance requirements. Because many variables influence system performance, we will make best efforts to advise customers, but is not responsible for insuring adequate system hardware and software configurations.

• PC with 600 MHz Pentium III or faster processor (1 GHz or faster recommended)
• Microsoft Windows XP with SP3, 2000 Professional with SP4, 2000 Server with SP4; Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise, or Datacenter editions with SP1, Server 2003 Web Edition SP1, Small Business Server 2003 with SP1, Vista Home Basic, Server 2008, Windows 7, Server 2008 R2 and above (32-bit & 64-bit versions)
• 160MB hard disk available for installation. Approx. 200-600MB of additional available hard disk space per 1,000 documents stored.
• 256MB RAM (512MB RAM recommended)
• Scanner (recommended) – TWAIN compliant scanner or TWAIN compliant all-in-one printer. (multi-document feeder recommended)
